Summer Boost :
20-hour program 1:1 services Individualized program working at the student’s skill level Includes informal screening and program placement Flexible scheduling Includes 1 hour of case management services Can be aligned with learning standards for any grade level
Fees & Savings :

2. Register for any summer program by June 15 and receive $100 off or a free assessment. 1 st payment is required to reserve spot.

Waivers/Permissions (For those enrolled in offsite programs)- I permit my child to participate in activities the ERG conducts outside the
facilities.
Payment Policies- I understand that I must pay in full prior to the start of each program in which my child will participate. A deposit in the
amount of $850 will be required at the time of registration, $400 of which is non-refundable. New clients will also pay a $99 registration fee.
The second payment of $850 will be due at the student’s first session. I understand that my child cannot participate in a program until it is
paid in full.
Insufficient Funds- If my bank returns a check due to insufficient funds, immediate payment is required to keep my child’s account up to
date. I understand that I will be charged $25 for each returned check.
Refunds & Cancellations- Non-attendance does not relieve me of the responsibility to pay for the program. I understand that non-attendance
does not entitle me to a refund. I understand that no refunds or adjustments are granted for illness or vacation. If I provide written notice at
least one week prior to the registered session start date, I may switch to a different session without an additional fee.
Medical Treatment Policies Accident Insurance- Participants are responsible for their own accident insurance when participating in ERG
programs off-site. Guardian authorizes The Educational Resource Group to obtain medical care on the premises for the student or arrange for transportation to a medical facility if we reasonably believe that medical attention is needed. Guardian agrees to pay any and all costs
associated with such medical care and transportation, and guardian waives any claims against The Educational Resource Group for the
reimbursement of such costs and expenses.
Medication- The ERG does not administer any medication. However, in the event of an emergency in which the parent cannot be contacted,
Emergency Medical Staff and the ERG may take appropriate action in the best interest of the child.
Photography- I do / do not give my permission to have my child’s photograph appear in media coverage for the Educational
Resource Group.
Liability- I will be responsible for picking my child up from any of these activities. (All Programs) I agree to indemnify and hold harmless
The Educational Resource Group, their officers, agents, programmers, employees, and volunteers, from all liability, actions, or causes of
action, for damages or personal injury arising from camp attendance.
