We came to the center out of desperation! Christopher was in a place where he was very frustrated and discouraged with school. In a few weeks, we were seeing results. One day, Christopher sat down at the table to do his school and finished all of it without any assistance. I watched in amazement because he had never done this before. The time commitment was tough at times for both Chris and I, but I would do it all over again to see the smile on my son's face and to hear the sense of accomplishment in his voice!

This has helped in so many ways, such as in my math skills, attention span, spelling, and memory just to name a few. I think it has made me more confident in my everyday life. I am definitely more confident reading out loud and in public. Savannah was awesome and always made brain training fun. I'd like to thank especially Dr. Perez, Annie, Savannah and my Mom and Dad. Without them, I wouldn't have had the courage to go to college.

I was worried at first because I didn't know what to expect. I was afraid I would get a mean teacher. When I met Miss Val, I was glad she was a good person. Sometimes she told me I was not working hard enough, but sometimes she gave me rewards. I worked as hard as I can and...now I can do something my big brother can't do. I know I am a better student in school because I went the center.

I felt like this center had been created just for my son. Although he wasn't always happy to be there, my son came religiously and steadily improved his grades. The staff was encouraging and uplifting to both me and James. This was a team that hadn't given up hope and pushed James' to reach his fullest potential. The Educational Resource Group was a GODSEND!
